Repairs

If at any time your jewelry breaks or requires a repair please contact us under our contact page and we will be happy to fix it for you! Please provide your order number, mailing address, and an image of the damage.
All repairs must be mailed into address below. Once we receive, we will complete the repair and mail it back to your provided address. 

Re-Sizing —

If you are wanting an item re-sized we charge $15.00 per item. Please add  the 'Re-Size Charge' to your cart and proceed to checkout. Choose which shipping method you would prefer. Lastly, mail the item into the address below. Once we receive it, we will make the necessary adjustments and mail it back to you based on the shipping option chosen at checkout. 

Conditions —

All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We provide one free repair or replacement. Any breakage after that is consider improper care by customer. We do not replace any lost or stolen items.
