Exchanges & Returns

You may exchange or return your unworn, undamaged order in its original packaging by mail within 30 days of purchase.

Custom orders are not refundable or exchangeable due to the time it takes to source the materials and handmake the items. We do not replace any lost or stolen items. 

 

Return By Mail —

Return by mail with the original packaging/tags and we will review and issue a refund or exchange once we have received and reviewed the items. Shipping charges are the customers responsibility.

 

Repairs & Re-sizing —

If at any time your jewelry breaks or requires a repair please contact us under our contact page and we will be happy to fix it for you! Please provide your order number and an image of the damage. All repairs must be mailed into the address provided above. For more repair details, please go to our repairs page.

If at any time you would like your piece re-sized, please contact us with the measurements then mail into the above address. A $15.00 repair fee is charged per item.
