- For local pickup you will be sent a notification once your items are ready for pickup with a personalized message arranging a date and time for pickup (24-72 hours after purchase)
- Local Pickup address will be emailed to you
- Please note that if you are running late for your scheduled pickup time we require an email with the approximate time of arrival
- Local pickup hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm

- Due to some items being handmade or made to order our processing times can take up to 8 business days before it ships
- Orders with large quantities may take longer
